Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and mail distribution
- Maintain reception area appearance and ensure office supplies are well-stocked
- Support HR and administrative teams with onboarding paperwork and record management
- Coordinate deliveries and manage vendor relationships for office services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in multitasking
- Professional appearance and demeanor with customer service excellence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
