Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and voicemail management
- Greet visitors with exceptional customer service and coordinate meeting logistics
- Maintain digital calendars and coordinate room reservations for 10+ executives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and managing visitor access protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and service requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience in professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to cover extended hours during peak periods
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
