Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional customer service protocols
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across multiple departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with new employee onboarding and administrative documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality standards
- Support special events and executive travel arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and polished phone etiquette
- Associates degree in Business Administration preferred
- Experience with building management systems a plus
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license required
