Responsibilities

- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support HR functions with onboarding paperwork and scheduling
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
