Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, managing the front desk and phone system professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the digital calendar for the office.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries via email or in person with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior receptionist experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
