Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution and package handling.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring calendars are up-to-date.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
