Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends if necessary.
- Willingness to work remotely or hybrid if residing in Texas.
