Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails with a professional, courteous, and welcoming tone.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic through the office.
- Handle front-desk administration, including mail sorting, package management, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar efficiently using MS Outlook.
- Assist with basic data entry, file organization, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV equipment for internal and client meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general inquiries regarding our services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
