- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and couriers.
- Assist with basic data entry and maintain accurate office records.
- Perform light clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
