Responsibilities
- Greets visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answers and routes incoming telephone calls to ensure no query goes unanswered.
- Manages the reception area to maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Schedules appointments and manages the company calendar for executives and staff.
- Assists with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provides exceptional customer service to both internal employees and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office.
- Must be professional in appearance and possess a positive, service-oriented attitude.
