Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, greeting all visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform essential clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for management staff using digital calendars.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with light administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends if required.
