Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, managing the reception area and ensuring it remains organized and tidy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Provide general information to clients and visitors to ensure a positive first impression.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
