Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors professionally during the night shift.
- Phone Operations: Handle incoming calls with a polite and solution-oriented attitude, routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access points, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, maintain accurate logs, and handle incoming mail and packages.
- Light Cleaning: Ensure the reception area and common areas are tidy and presentable throughout the night.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with building management and night vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Demeanor: Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
