Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly; manage internal and external correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and update databases with visitor logs and contact information.
- Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Office Coordination: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe reception area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
