- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Support team members with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
