Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee the physical office during night hours, ensuring security, cleanliness, and accessibility.
- Administrative Support: Process incoming mail, handle data entry, and prepare reports for the morning shift.
- Communication Hub: Answer and screen incoming calls, directing urgent matters to management.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock office supplies, pantry items, and equipment.
- Document Control: File documents accurately and maintain digital archives in compliance with company policies.
- Access Control: Manage keycard access and visitor log-ins for late-night arrivals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Clerk (1+ years preferred).
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
