Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Organize, file, and digitize physical documents and records efficiently.
- Process incoming mail, emails, and couriers in a timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar for the weekend shifts.
- Update databases and CRM systems using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, reception, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
