- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for executives.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide general information to callers or take detailed messages.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully stocked.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
