Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and clients warmly, managing the front desk with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry into company databases and spreadsheets, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Assist with general office duties, including mail sorting, appointment scheduling, and inventory management.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, invoices, and reports as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reception, administrative support, or data entry.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time setting.
