Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and answer multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, including updating databases and spreadsheets.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and office supplies inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reception or data entry.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail is a must.
