Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all records are up-to-date in our CRM systems.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, and filing documents.
- Answer and screen phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team members.
- Assist in the maintenance of office supplies and inventory management.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and provide a professional front-desk experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in administrative support is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
