Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries during night hours with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data into our CRM systems and generate daily/weekly operational reports for leadership review.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the calendar for night supervisors and coordinate inter-departmental communication with the morning shift team.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Office Support: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, manage office supplies, and assist with light logistics tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar schedules).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
