Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet all incoming guests and visitors warmly and professionally, managing the sign-in process and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone and Communication: Answer a high volume of incoming calls with a polite and clear voice, screen and transfer inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Manage the company calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings.
- Mail and Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and interoffice communications efficiently.
- Office Management: Maintain the reception area, manage office supplies inventory, and assist in basic filing and data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with modern phone systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Interpersonal: Ability to interact positively with diverse personalities and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
