We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk & Receptionist to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels at multitasking and maintaining high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Data Entry Operations: Accurately input customer and employee data into our CRM and database systems with a focus on speed and error-free results.
- Document Management: Scan, proofread, and file physical and digital documents, ensuring proper categorization and retrieval.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients and staff.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including mail sorting, supply management, and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry and receptionist roles is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing: Demonstrated typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
