Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them appropriately.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with a professional demeanor.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate office records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
