- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar for senior management.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
