Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Implement and optimize office administrative systems and procedures
- Provide onboarding support for new hires and assist with HR documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with scheduling tools (Calendly, Doodle) and office management software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
