Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a courteous and helpful tone.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the front desk calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders.
- Mail and Distribution: Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
