Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call routing, mail handling, and visitor greeting
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendar systems
- Perform data entry and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement
- Support administrative staff with document preparation and distribution
- Coordinate courier services and outgoing shipments
- Uphold strict confidentiality of client and company information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copier, scanner, phone system)
