- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and phone handling
- Utilize EMR systems for patient registration and demographic updates
- Coordinate visitor access and maintain secure reception area protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with insurance verification and basic billing inquiries
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR/EHR systems
