Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all visitors with professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and direct communications to appropriate personnel
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and common spaces
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and basic maintenance requests
- Assist with client check-ins and appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
