Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls, routing them to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Handle general office administration tasks, including printing, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is well-equipped.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with basic administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
