Responsibilities

- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to records.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating databases and generating reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book meeting rooms as needed.
- Process invoices and expense reports for timely reimbursement.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
