- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients professionally, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Support: Prepare meeting materials, take accurate meeting minutes, and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Document Management: Handle filing, scanning, and data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communication: Draft and proofread emails, memos, and internal communications on behalf of management.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking office supplies and ordering new materials as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars for executives and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or reception role.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
