Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or conference rooms.
- Support administrative staff with various clerical tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
