Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the reception area during night shifts, greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Data Entry Precision: Input, update, and maintain accurate customer and employee data into our CRM and internal databases with a focus on speed and 100% accuracy.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for after-hours communications, ensuring timely responses to emails and internal messages.
- Report Generation: Compile and format daily logs, attendance sheets, and operational reports for the morning shift supervisors.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the physical office environment is secure, clean, and organized during the night cycle.
- Access Control: Monitor security systems and manage key card access for authorized personnel arriving late.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Data Entry Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a typing speed of 35+ WPM and exceptional attention to detail.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, courteous telephone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar) on a full-time basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
