Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with a professional greeting and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, handling visitor check-in procedures.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executive staff.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Answer general inquiries via email or phone with a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or prior administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule as required.
