Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain data into company databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the executive team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional administrative support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
