Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries, with a professional and courteous tone.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Support the office with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- No prior professional experience required—we provide full training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
