Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and ERP systems with 98%+ precision
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized physical/digital records
- Coordinate office communications including scheduling and correspondence
- Assist with payroll processing and expense report preparation
- Support inventory management and supply procurement processes
- Prepare professional documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new temporary staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-checking capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software a plus
