Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and visitors, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and agenda preparation.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expense reports, preparing invoices, and tracking petty cash.
- Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as an office assistant, receptionist, or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
