Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain company databases and records with high attention to detail.
- Manage the front desk reception duties, including answering multi-line phones and greeting visitors professionally.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage internal correspondence efficiently.
- Perform data verification and reconciliation to ensure 100% accuracy in all reporting.
- Assist in filing physical and electronic documents according to established protocols.
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, receptionist duties, or administrative support.
- High typing speed with exceptional accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
