Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the company switchboard and route incoming calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with accuracy.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Receptionist, Front Desk Administrator, or in a similar Office Support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
