Responsibilities

- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, expense reporting, and preparing meeting materials.
- Mail & Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
