Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, greeting visitors warmly and directing them appropriately.
- Perform high-accuracy data entry tasks, maintaining and updating digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, routing messages and inquiries as needed.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the management team.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos with a high degree of attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
