Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office, checking in guests, and providing directions or assistance as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries in an organized and timely manner.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings using digital calendars and office management software.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and coordinate vendor visits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, professional office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
