Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date in our database systems.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, managing the reception area, and routing phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Assist with email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating logistics for meetings.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve office efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, reception, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
