Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department in a professional manner.
- Data Entry: Input and update customer and company information into databases with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable.
- Communication: Draft and send emails, memos, and correspondence on behalf of management.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Customer Service: Resolve incoming inquiries and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for enthusiastic candidates.
