Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations during evening hours, providing a professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
- Execute high-velocity data entry tasks, ensuring 100% accuracy in all digital records.
- Verify and process incoming mail, faxes, and digital communications.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with new information.
- Assist with light scheduling and calendar management for department heads.
- Handle after-hours inquiries with a polite and problem-solving approach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
