- Manage Communications: Answer incoming calls, screen and route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
- Administrative Support: Handle front desk duties including greeting guests, managing the reception area, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Mail & Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Office Coordination: Assist with inventory management of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including some flexibility for evening or weekend shifts if required.
